1. 總則

1.1 當顧客成功登入本網站,即表示同意遵守及接受下述條款及細則的約束。Pink and Blue.toyko (「本公司」) 保留沒有任何事先通知,而不時作出修改的權利。當顧客使用本網站時,會受到條款及細則最新版本的約束。如果顧客不同意這些 條款及細則,請立即停止使用本網站。

1.2 顧客於使用本公司所提供的服務前,有責任清楚了解<條款及細則>的內容。

1.3 在登記成為本站會員時,顧客需根據本公司所規定的格式填寫其個人資料。本公司視顧客有責任及義務不虛報及不漏報、正確輸入所有資料。

1.4 若就以上條款有任何爭議, 本公司保留最終決定權。

1.5 此中文 條例及細則 為英文版本譯本,如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。

2. 服務內容

2.1 本公司只運送至香港、台灣及英國地址(暫時)。

2.2 本公司的每個交易訂單重量上限為2公斤。

2.3 顧客有責任提供正確個人資料及送貨地址,如因顧客提供的錯誤個人資料或送貨地址,導致任何損失,本公司概不負責。

2.4 所有貨品於出貨及交由日本國際特快專遞(EMS)處理後,如有任何的延誤或損失,本公司概不負責。

2.5 本公司不提供任何的退貨或換貨服務,已出貨之商品亦不提供取消訂單、重新下單及變更訂單服務。

2.6 如出售的貨品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客,本公司會於14個工作天內作退款處理。

Terms & Conditions

1. General rules

1.1 When the customer successfully logs in to this website, they agree to abide by and accept the following terms and conditions. Pink and Blue.toyko (「The Company」) reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

1.2 When registering as a member of this site, customers need to fill in their personal data in accordance with the format prescribed by the company. The company regards the customer’s responsibility and obligation not to make false reports and omissions, and enter all information correctly.

1.3 In case of any dispute over the above terms, the company reserves the right of final decision.

1.4 Above Terms and Conditions written in Chinese (Traditional) are translated from these English Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the English version will take precedence.

2. Service content

2.1 Our company only delivers to Hong Kong, UK and Taiwan addresses.

2.2 The maximum allowed weight for each order is 2 kg.

2.3 The customer is responsible for providing correct personal information and their delivery address. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the wrong personal information or if the delivery address is provided errorously by the customer.

2.4 We are not responsible for any goods shipping delayed, damaged or lost by the Japan Post EMS postal service.

2.5 The company does not provide any return or exchange services, nor does it provide any returns, cancellations or amend existing orders.

2.6 If the goods sold are not available to customers due to insufficient stock, we will process a full refund within 14 working days.
